Robert has over 15 years of experience in property management and 20 years experience in real estate. He is available 24/7 to receive your calls.
He and his team of property managers are always on site inspecting your building, working with the superintendent and his staff. At building visits he and the staff are continually looking at how to implement preventive maintenance measures.
Further, Bob will find the most competitive bids for repairs and major capital projects. Robert is the ultimate “hands on” property manager who is constantly in direct communications with board members, shareholders and tenants.
Carrie offers over 15 years of experience in property management and 15 years of experience in real estate. She personally supervises the back office operations, as well as, manages each building’s financial needs.
She will also help your building develop and implement money-saving budgets, solicits bids for insurance packages and files all property abatements/protests. Carrie’s goal is to make sure your building is run cost efficiently.
Robert and Carrie are also involved in constantly training property managers in order to keep them updated on the ever changing government/city regulations and procedures.
In addition, they will fully assess your building’s records to meet all the complex federal, state, and local filings.
Morris has been involved with coops for over 20 years by working on the board, as well as, being president of a coop. He brings with him a unique “insider” perspective who understands the daily needs of shareholders and Boards.
Further, Morris is able to set into motion systems that help to define work responsibilities in order to ensure the building is in pristine condition from the inside and outside. He listens, understands and quickly resolves issues of concern for shareholders. His objective is to develop a win-win situation for all.
He works with Bob and Carrie, he has proven to be a great team leader and team player.
